Un lavoretto part-time in realtà non è così difficile da trovare, grazie al passaparola o agli annunci appesi alle vetrine dei negozi o portando semplicemente il proprio curriculum al responsabile di turno, qualcosa vi salta sempre fuori.

Per quello che riguarda stage e lavori a lungo termine la storia è ben diversa.

Moltissime offerte di lavoro a Parigi sono indirizzate al campo della ristorazione e dell'albergazione, se le vostre ricerche vertono in questo ambiente potete stare sufficientemente tranquilli sul fatto che in poco tempo troverete lavoro; se invece l'area di vostro interesse è tutt'altra non disperate qui c'è qualunque tipo di lavoro possiate immaginare, bisogna solo prepararsi per bene.

Parlando di stage, nella quale sono meglio informata, bisogna muoversi per tempo -almeno 6 mesi- perché a quanto pare tutti o quasi tutti voglio fare uno stage qui, francesi e non.

Concorrere con i madrelingua non è mai semplice, né piacevole.

Per non farvi surclassare dimostratevi determinati, competenti e ben disposti a dare un aiuto concreto, sottolineando soprattutto che potreste apportare una visione d'insieme più internazionale aumentando così il raggio d'azione dell'azienda. La durata di uno stage è molto variabile, a seconda delle esigenze di un'azienda e/o dello stagista, da 1 a 12 mesi. Oltre i 2 mesi c'è l'OBBLIGO per il datore di lavoro di una retribuzione minima mensile pari al 30% dello SMIC (436€). Molto spesso vi viene rimborsato il NAVIGO -l'abbonamento ai mezzi di trasporto- (tutto o una parte) e c'è anche la possibilità che vi diano i Ticket Restaurant.

Nella mail di presentazione e ad un eventuale colloquio bisogna assolutamente annoverare tra le proprie capacità un francese ed un inglese fluenti, un bel curriculum vitae di una pagina in francese o inglese ed una lettera motivazionale.

Quest'ultima è per noi italiani la parte più difficile perché non siamo assolutamente abituati a scriverla. Qui, invece, risulta fondamentale al fine di ottenere anche solo un colloquio. 

Lunga al massimo una pagina, la lettera motivazionale deve essere redatta in un perfetto francese e adattata ad hoc per ogni offerta alla quale avete deciso di inviare la vostra candidatura.

Potete seguire più o meno questo schema:

• perché volete lavorare e perché proprio per quell'azienda   //fateli sentire speciali
